Friday opens with the draft event — a standalone pickup tournament open to anyone in attendance who wants in, seats limited at the door. It runs independently of the weekend's team competition. Saturday is the group stage: every company plays a fixed slate to settle seeding. Sunday is the playoffs — bracket to a verdict, finals Sunday evening.
